this last week I reintroduced my carbs and fats so I've been a little bit of weight. but here I am getting ready to going to gym hit it hard and start dieting again. so I'll be back on my routine and my progress we're people are talking about my weight loss every week. One key change is that I'm not going to take every Friday and Saturday and eat poorly. because that has been retarding my progress.
This spring I will altered also start doing more jump roping and jogging.
I want to do this for love this time.
