2014 - This Year

I have soared to amazing heights with my fitness routine.  I need to now leave behind the poor diet so that I can make my body change the way I want.

I have so much muscle that I can literally see it hiding inside, underneath layers of fat tissue - waiting to come out!  It's going to be so beautiful.

This year I would like to be a star and look out of control good, feel amazing, have all the attention be on me, and inspire change in others.

Let's do it.

Weekend Challenge - Sunday




Family First

I have taken a little bit of a detour just a couple of days but now I'm back with new motivation to finish the job. if I think about my family every time I make a decision it's not only going to be the fuel that I need but great things are going to happen as a result in my family will grows closer.

2014 my 40th year on earth will be my best year on earth and my best year of marriage and my best year as a father.

Getting ready for a big push in January.

Right now I'm at level 35 on the HIT and will be at 40 by the end of next week - more fat loss, more energy and flexibitly with that.  Next week will also be intense weight lifting so come January
