Sleep

What a difference rest makes!  When you don't get enough then you drag through your days and it's hard to focus in on your goals let a lone execute on them.

On the flipside, getting 7-8 hours of sleep helps you see clearly and feel inspired to accomplish the tasks at hand.

I had decent sleep last night so I am going to make it happen!

The Underworld

It is truly amazing how much productivity is happening at this ungodly hour in the morning. Yesterday at 4:45 in the morning I was at the gym in Roseville and men were playing basketball. People had been working out for who knows how long and this was while most people where still sleeping! Well this is day three of me becoming a part of that world and it's going take some conditioning but I'm excited to be a part of that exclusive club.

45 Days

Luckily for me I've been exercising very religiously. That is kept me from putting on weight just last few weeks because I had some trouble controlling my eating habits. But now it's time to put up or shut up I like to have 20 pounds of fat off of my body frame and this is how I'm going to do it:

- 4days/week cardio
- 3days/week weights
- sugar free diet
- visualization
- research

Obstacles

For me to succeed I need to look at the way I interpret obstacles. One pattern that I get into is that I see obstacles up ahead and I decide that I'm just destined to run into it. I think once I get myself back together I'll be more careful. The truth is I have more power than I give myself credit for and I can avoid these obstacles - just takes a lot of courage and willpower.
