Had a so so week. Treated myself but also cheated myself. There are, however, no more resets.

These next 5 days are dedicated to everyone that depends on me. Whether its that I live a long life to be a provider, whether its for me to be at my emotional and physical best for companionship or whether its for me to come through and lead the people who wish to follow me.

I need results to back up all my verbal commitments.

Low Energy

I'm sure it's a combination of my previously poor sleep patterns, excess weight, workload, diet, yada yada yada.  

But I am dragging ASS!

All good though!  I always get it back when I am doing the right things.  Just hope it expidites cause it is very very difficult to work out in the evenings when you want to crash and burn.

Last night I celebrated the beginning of a successful run at my goals. I had a good time with my family, ate and drank well! I stayed up late but this week I'm gonna accomplish amazing things just because I have the power to do so.

Ready To Live

My life so far has been a series of long hard practices.  Now, as I approach the second half of my life, the game has begun.  Hopefully I can take the mistakes and successes I've had during "training" and execute so that I win the rest of the way out.

Going to Hawaii in exactly 2 months then on Jan 10th of next year I i will turn 40.   Pretty amazing.  Why not go for it right now and achieve goals that I have never reached.  This could go a long way in being an inspiration, role model, and successful man.

Plus I want to feel great!
