Ramping Up

Getting ready for a big push in January.

Right now I'm at level 35 on the HIT and will be at 40 by the end of next week - more fat loss, more energy and flexibitly with that.  Next week will also be intense weight lifting so come January

  • Maxing on Weights
  • Jogging
  • Hitting 50-60 on the HIT
  • Running bleachers
  • Kickboxing
  • P90X
