Low Energy

I'm sure it's a combination of my previously poor sleep patterns, excess weight, workload, diet, yada yada yada.  

But I am dragging ASS!

All good though!  I always get it back when I am doing the right things.  Just hope it expidites cause it is very very difficult to work out in the evenings when you want to crash and burn.
